 Small group training sessions combine the fun, supportive atmosphere of a familiar group with the attention of personal training. Training can take place in the comfort of your home or at one of my selected locations. This is an ideal format for couples, mothers and daughters, mothers with young babies, friends and colleagues.

With a maximum group size of 5 you can enjoy having company training whilst maintaining full individual attention.
